The plain terms for playing Bloometry.

The game

Bloometry is a block puzzle game for Android, made by Drake Jauch. Playing the game means you accept these terms.

Free and full

Bloometry is free to play. The full game is a one-time purchase of $3.99. It is not a subscription, and it never charges again.

Purchases and refunds

The purchase is made through Google Play, and Google Play handles the payment. We never see your card details. Refunds follow Google Play’s own refund policies. The full game is tied to your Google account, so if you get a new phone, sign in with the same account and the game restores it.

Your phone, your progress

The game has no accounts and everything runs on your phone. Your gardens, scores and pictures are stored on your phone only. If you delete the game, they are deleted with it.

The game belongs to its maker

The game, its art and its music belong to Drake Jauch. Play it as much as you like — please don’t copy, sell or pass off the game, its art or its music as your own.

These terms may be updated now and then. The current version will always be posted on this page.
